We understand that plans can change. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled boat charter, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment as a credit toward a future booking. Charters that cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions are also eligible for a full refund. If you need to make changes to your reservation, contact our team as soon as possible. No-shows will be charged the full boat rental amount.
Yes. A valid credit card is required to reserve boat rentals and secure your booking.
